Like seriously?? The holes look so weird already, it's an obvious manufacturing defect, and they want me to reach out if the holes get bigger?? Makes no sense.
I am beyond annoyed.
I am able to financially afford to purchase another pair. But this is more about the principles.

Isn’t cleaning well
I bought a 28 oz bottle of Suave Micellar 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner with the pump on it. My first issue is the pump never worked correctly.
I have to pump it 10-15 times to have enough shampoo to wash my hair, however that is no big deal as I can just open and pour it out. My issue is my hair doesnt feel clean at all after using it. I love that the bottle is made from recycled plastic and that the company is cruelty free and would love to find a product that works better for me! I tried this for myself because I LOVE LOVE your whole kids line.
The curl from the kids line works so great on my biracial children and I am so grateful for that!
The bottle says if youre unhappy to reach out they will refund or replace. However, when I reached out I never got a response

Hair Loss - Used Suave Essentials
Suave Essentials (Sakura Blossom - Softening)
Noticed my hair started to come out a lot in the shower. I mean a lot.
At first, I wrote it out to stress, but when I stopped using that shampoo, my hair gradually began to stop shedding. I finally switched to something else and the hair loss has slowed and continued to slow. As far as growing back, it has only been six months, so I'm not sure. If this is permanent, I'll be livid.
This should be off the shelves. There should be a class action on this.
They refunded me for the purchase of the bottles, but the emotional distress and damage it caused me are by far worse. Once I stopped using it, I stopped developing rashes as well.
Pay the extra money for better shampoo.
