Suave - Disappointing
Today is Monday May 21, 2018. It is 11:45am Atlanta time.
I have had to contact Customer Service twice and no one even bothered to call me back. The first Customer Service Agent hesitated when I express my disapproval of giving my address just to ask a question. What company does that. I did not feel that this was appropriate but I did comply and give her my address but then the phone clicked off.
I then call the second time around and got a gentleman this time but he also changed his tone as I protested giving my address again just to ask a question so he did talk a little bit longer but of course the phone clicked off again before my issue was resolved.
This is not acceptable. I have a right to be curious if your Company is demanding my address for documentation of my call when you could easily get less intrusive information for this purpose.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
