Shampoo purchase
I am a single mother who was hit my a car and waiting to have neck and back surgery with very limited income I purchased 6 large bottles of suave shampoo and 6 large bottles of condition all the shea and almond which I have used since it came out every one of all 13 bottles had broken pumps none of them worked I tried to return them and exchange them and our local Walmart refused to exchange them because they are shampoo and conditioner even though 10 had not even been opened they suggested I email you and ask for replacement bottles and or coupons for free ones. I do not have extra money to buy more at all because my income is so limited I have to have a 6 tier fusion in my back and a 4 tier in my neck. Any assistance I would so appreciate thank uou

They will not replace an obvious manufacturer defect.
Please do not purchase shoes from this company. I purchased a pair that came with an obvious defect but they will not replace it even though they offer a 1 year warranty

Like seriously?? The holes look so weird already, it's an obvious manufacturing defect, and they want me to reach out if the holes get bigger?? Makes no sense.

I am able to financially afford to purchase another pair. But this is more about the principles.

A very Unreliable Firm. I would never recommend them to anyone.
I ordered a Console Table 6 weeks ago. After hearing nothing, I contacted them, to be told their Couriers did not deliver to my area.
Which I may say isMainland Britain, the Scottish Borders. Every Courier firm deliver to this area.Having advertised Free UK. Nationwide Delivery. After numerous emails back & forward they blamed their Delivery Company.
I had to accept refund.
Now ordered same unit from a RELIABLE Company!! Extremely disappointed and frustrated with Suaves attention.
Very disgruntled customer. In 40 miles North of Newcastle and 30 miles South of Edinburgh.

Problems with pump shampoo
I have been using Suave products for years. A few weeks ago, at my local Walmart, I bought the special two pack of Keratin Infusion shampoo and conditioner for frizz control.
It had the pumps on the bottle.
I have tried endlessly to open the pump on both the shampoo and conditioner, to no avail.
I am a very dissatisfied 73 year old woman who now has to lift each 28 fl oz bottle to use as no other cap will work on it.
Please tell me how to resolve this problem as I have had to open and use the product and cant return to store.

Displeased
How many others have noticed the change in Suave since it has come back to markets?
And they really don't want to hear negative comments, and I see that's why all the stipulations are added here in order to send an email of complaint. Is that 100 characters for ya?

Conditioner is ineffective. Probably the worst I've ever used.
Do not bother with a complaint to the website or telephone number because you will get the runaround; many excuses for not sending a five dollar gift card to reimburse you for the product you discarded. The cream conditioner was a terrible product, left my hair, frizzy and dry.
What shocked me was they kept lying to me about mailing the gift card. I called back just to follow up so that I could report them for fraudulent behavior. Sure enough, more promises and no gift card.
There are many other good products on the market for the same price. Don't bother with Suave.

Discontinued hair products
Could you please let me know what is similar to the "Suave deep moisture shampoo and conditioner"? As a person with tree nut allergies, this was a rare product that worked great for my hair.
I can't use products with nut oils. My hair stylist was very supportive of the way your product worked for my hair.
Please bring it back, it was amazing!!! Thank you!

Rose oil infused volumizing shampoo and conditioner
Hi, I bought this shampoo about a month ago and have been using it 2-3 times a week. It has made my hair very thin and it comes out in big gobs when Im washing and brushing it or just run my fingers through it.

Defective pumps on 3-1 Men’s
Good Morning,
Ive been a long time user of Sauve products. Ive recently purchased 4 bottles of Mens 3-1.
Every one of these have defective pumps. I normally purchase the squirt bottle but your retailer(Meijer-Muncie), only had pump available. This is unacceptable and an inconvenience while in shower.
Please advise what you can do to keep me as a consumer. Thank you, Jeff Smith

Positive compliment
I wanted to give Suave a praise for their Biotin Infusion shampoo and conditioner. I lost a lot of weight between 2021 and 2022 which resulted in hair loss.
Last summer I had no choice but to get a haircut and have been trying to grow my hair long. Im sure my hair will look beautiful for my graduation.

Discontinued item.
I was happy with suave until they discontinued the Keratin Infusion Heat Defense Leave in Conditioner. Now I am not buying anything from Suave.
Bait & Switch Suave
I rarely feel poor enough to buy Suave. Once in the early 2000's they had a wonderfully scented lotion I was loyal to but they pulled it.
Now I found their Rosewater & Aloe soap & I was so pleased that I could save money and bought it like crazy. I can no longer find it anywhere and the only available ones in that price range stink.
I took a chance on the Green Apple but it dried my skin, so I am back to having to spend my hard-earned coin on better brands. Idk what they are thinking, smh.

Isn’t cleaning well
I bought a 28 oz bottle of Suave Micellar 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner with the pump on it. My first issue is the pump never worked correctly.
I have to pump it 10-15 times to have enough shampoo to wash my hair, however that is no big deal as I can just open and pour it out. My issue is my hair doesnt feel clean at all after using it. I love that the bottle is made from recycled plastic and that the company is cruelty free and would love to find a product that works better for me! I tried this for myself because I LOVE LOVE your whole kids line.
The curl from the kids line works so great on my biracial children and I am so grateful for that!
The bottle says if youre unhappy to reach out they will refund or replace. However, when I reached out I never got a response

I have bought many of these pump style products and have never had any problems like we have with suave mens 2 in 1. My husband has to use pliers to open this pump on every bottle. Frustrating.
