Could you please let me know what is similar to the "Suave deep moisture shampoo and conditioner"? As a person with tree nut allergies, this was a rare product that worked great for my hair. I can't use products with nut oils. My hair stylist was very supportive of the way your product worked for my hair. Please bring it back, it was amazing!!! Thank you!

Hi, I bought this shampoo about a month ago and have been using it 2-3 times a week. It has made my hair very thin and it comes out in big gobs when Im washing and brushing it or just run my fingers through it.

Defective pumps on 3-1 Men’s

Good Morning, Ive been a long time user of Sauve products. Ive recently purchased 4 bottles of Mens 3-1. Every one of these have defective pumps. I normally purchase the squirt bottle but your retailer(Meijer-Muncie), only had pump available. This is unacceptable and an inconvenience while in shower. Please advise what you can do to keep me as a consumer. Thank you, Jeff Smith

I wanted to give Suave a praise for their Biotin Infusion shampoo and conditioner. I lost a lot of weight between 2021 and 2022 which resulted in hair loss. Last summer I had no choice but to get a haircut and have been trying to grow my hair long. Im sure my hair will look beautiful for my graduation.

I rarely feel poor enough to buy Suave. Once in the early 2000's they had a wonderfully scented lotion I was loyal to but they pulled it. Now I found their Rosewater & Aloe soap & I was so pleased that I could save money and bought it like crazy. I can no longer find it anywhere and the only available ones in that price range stink. I took a chance on the Green Apple but it dried my skin, so I am back to having to spend my hard-earned coin on better brands. Idk what they are thinking, smh.

Isn’t cleaning well

I bought a 28 oz bottle of Suave Micellar 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner with the pump on it. My first issue is the pump never worked correctly. I have to pump it 10-15 times to have enough shampoo to wash my hair, however that is no big deal as I can just open and pour it out. My issue is my hair doesnt feel clean at all after using it. I love that the bottle is made from recycled plastic and that the company is cruelty free and would love to find a product that works better for me! I tried this for myself because I LOVE LOVE your whole kids line. The curl from the kids line works so great on my biracial children and I am so grateful for that! The bottle says if youre unhappy to reach out they will refund or replace. However, when I reached out I never got a response

After using suave shampoos I have experienced an irritated scalp, itchy, scalp from time to time.dry hair, loss of hair during each shampoo. I actually reported the hair loss to my Doctor. I was concerned about it. She did not have an answer . I thought it was due to aging. I'm alarmed to hear that the products I have been using are harmful to my health. I know have an answer to my hair loss problem.stop using Suave products.

Hair Loss - Used Suave Essentials

Suave Essentials (Sakura Blossom - Softening) Noticed my hair started to come out a lot in the shower. I mean a lot. At first, I wrote it out to stress, but when I stopped using that shampoo, my hair gradually began to stop shedding. I finally switched to something else and the hair loss has slowed and continued to slow. As far as growing back, it has only been six months, so I'm not sure. If this is permanent, I'll be livid. This should be off the shelves. There should be a class action on this. They refunded me for the purchase of the bottles, but the emotional distress and damage it caused me are by far worse. Once I stopped using it, I stopped developing rashes as well. Pay the extra money for better shampoo.
